I'm just being honest Mary Ann, your existing mirror does not look great. With those stars, they look super dated to the 70's. Fresh new mirror does wonders to brighten up a restroom. I know you want to modernize the house as much as possible for future renters. Your bathrooms are in need of some renovating. I can replace both of your mirrors for $600. Also, they will fit better than the ones you have in now. but if you're going to completely remodel, we can wait
